Our client is seeking a Specialist Customer Service Advisor to engage with customers, providing and processing information to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receiving and acknowledging customer orders
2. Processing orders onto the SAP ERP system
3. Liaising with customers and keeping them informed of the progress of their orders
4. Answering customer queries
5. Resolving any customer complaints
6. Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person
7. Liaising with Procurement and Suppliers
8. Maintaining process protocols
9. Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Key Attributes
1. Experience in an office-based customer services role essential
2. Ideally experience in the pharmaceutical industry but not essential
3. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
