Responsibilities
1. Assist in the leading and managing the bar team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
2. Help oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
3. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings.
4. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
5. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
