Project Administrator Location: Norfolk An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a growing team in the successful delivery of infrastructure gas projects. Our client is seeking a proactive professional with experience in the utilities or gas sector, ideally with a background in supporting Tier 1 contractors. Role Overview: The Project Administrator will play a critical role in the administration and coordination of key projects. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, ensuring that all project documents are accurately maintained and organised. Utilising tools such as MS Office and ASITE to manage records, track project progress, and assist with reporting. Coordinating communication among project teams, clients, and contractors to support project milestones. Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in project administration within the infrastructure or gas utility sector, ideally with Tier 1 contractor exposure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ASITE (or similar project management software). Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
