Our client has a great opportunity for native German Speakers to join a fantastic customer service team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract!
The customer service team are first and foremost ‘brand ambassadors’ who provide a professional and engaging experience to our clients’ loyal customers.
You are the voice of our business and therefore you will need to ensure your personality and professionalism come through in the form of exceptional customer experience.
The Role:
As a customer service advisor, you are responsible for providing a quick, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience to our clients’ customers. The types of queries you will deal with will range from payment issues, billing enquiries, general account queries, and technical support.
Working Hours:
You will work 5 days out of 6 between Mon and Sat. We do require full flexibility to work shifts between 8am and 8pm Mon to Sun.
About you:
You will need to be a native German speaker as you will be engaging with German speaking customers. If you have a personable and engaging personality, we can teach you the rest!
What we are looking for:
* A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (ideally with contact centre experience).
* German native speaker.
* You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers.
* You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native German).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work to targets while ensuring customer experience is your primary focus.
* Ability to multi-task and use various systems whilst engaging with customers over the phone, on live chat, or over email.
* You must be 18 years of age or older.
Mandatory DBS and Credit Check Requirements:
* You must have no unspent criminal convictions.
* You must have no adverse credit or CCJs.
