We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Managed IT Function within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) organisation. Sitting within our Tier 2 team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving IT issues on desktop and server estates, co-ordinating the workflow across the Tier 2, Tier 3 & field teams to ensure the overall stability and performance of our clients' IT infrastructure.
As a Managed IT Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
1. Adherence to Security Standards:Follow established security protocols and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of clients' data and systems. Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
2. Provide Technical Support:Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on client operations, escalate the Tier 3 and Field resolver groups where appropriate.
