Due to growth and a recent internal promotion, they are hiring for a Sales Operations Executive to join their tight-knit commercial team.
As a Sales Operations Executive you will be responsible for:
1. Managing the D2C and B2B websites from end-to-end, as well as managing Amazon and eBay.
2. Implementing and managing promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement.
3. Ensuring consistency in product listings and brand representation across all online platforms.
4. Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
5. Developing and implementing strategies to streamline warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
As a Sales Operations Executive you will need:
1. Experience managing ecommerce platforms on Shopify, or similar platforms.
2. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
3. Proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.
As a Sales Operations Executive you will get:
1. Salary £30,000 - 36,000 (fully dependent on experience).
