Join ACCA's Student Support team as a Customer Operations Administrator This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the student journey while working within a collaborative and dynamic environment. About the Role We are currently looking for a Customer Operations Administrator on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract basis. As a Customer Operations Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our Student Support team, which is dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient service to ACCA students. Your role will involve supporting key processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing the customer experience. Russian language skills are desirable for this position to better support our diverse student base. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver student-related processes, ensuring adherence to both internal and external SLAs Respond to inquiries regarding students’ progression towards affiliate status Execute all tasks in line with ACCA’s standard processes and policies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant procedures and policies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across the Customer Service directorate Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Operations Team Manager Show a keen interest in understanding customer needs and seek ways to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for a candidate who possesses: Experience in a similar role Proficiency in Russian (desirable) to support our Russian-speaking customers Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to identify and address customer needs Exceptional organizational and planning abilities Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize workload independently Confidence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
