Driving new user acquisition across new and existing accounts.
Managing complex sales cycles with an average deal size of 15k ARR per user, with most deals being 3+ users.
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Contributing to the development and refinement of sales strategies.
Help us shorten the sales cycle to 1.Achieve a target OTE of double the base salary through strategic selling and client management.
Minimum three years of proven success in SaaS sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles (15k+ per user size deals ideally).
Familiarity with the Fintech, B2B trading and/or data terminals sector.
Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to build deep levels of trust with clients.
Knowledge of trading terminology such as “bids/offers,” “forward curve,” and “paper/physical” is advantageous.
Location: London area, with a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office).
Compensation: £70k-£90k base with £160k OTE (uncapped) through 15% of first-year top-line revenue, paid quarterly. EMI equity options available.
