What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
Working as part of a wider team, you will be focused on providing a new product range offering to range of the companys existing customers. Duties will include:
Liaising with existing customers regarding the new product range to find out where the offering would be suitable
Processing sales orders
Handling customer enquiries and issues, providing answers and solutions
Taking orders and co-ordinating with internal contacts regarding deliveries
Monitoring sales performance and providing key information to identify trends and areas for improvement
Supporting the external sales team to help launch this new range
Developing a product knowledge for the range
