They are now looking for new CRM talent to join their team and drive impactful email marketing campaigns across a carefully nurtured customer lifecycle. The Role Become part of a thriving marketing team, working primarily on CRM communications, with a focus on email marketing and potentially other channels. Assist in segmenting customers to create personalised, targeted campaigns. Support the customer journey from acquisition welcome emails to seasonal campaigns (e.g., Christmas), helping retain and engage customers with the brand. What You’ll Need Previous experience in CRM or email marketing. Experience in retail or a similarly customer-centric industry is highly desirable. A proactive, hands-on attitude is essential This is a friendly, collaborative team where everyone supports each other to achieve shared goals.
