Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to foster their academic and personal growth. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a culture of respect and enthusiasm for learning. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the broader academic community through involvement in committees and special projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Law. Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving excellent student outcomes. Strong knowledge of the Law curriculum and current educational practices.
