Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is working closely with a nursery school and resource base in Sheldon, B26, who requires level 2 or 3 early years SEN specialists to join their team. You need to be qualified and have experience working in EYFS and with children with SEND needs.
This role is to start ASAP for the right candidate, and it is full-time, Monday - Friday, until the end of the academic year. They wish to appoint an individual who is proactive with extensive experience working with children with SEND needs within EYFS year groups. This is a demanding role with children's ages ranging from 1-5 years old.
The perfect candidate must be a positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and committed to their wellbeing and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process of children with SEND needs.
