About the role:
As an Experienced Forklift Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations. Your expertise in the repair, service, and maintenance of electric, LPG, and diesel forklifts will be crucial as you bring your skills both to their workshop and out in the field.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of forklifts.
* Providing exceptional customer service while supporting clients on-site.
* Collaborating with our workshop team to streamline processes and improve service quality.
* Maintaining accurate service records and submitting reports on work completed.
* Upholding our commitment to safety and compliance at all times.
About you:
You’re an experienced Forklift Engineer with a solid background in working on forklifts or similar vehicles. You must have a current driving licence and be at least 25 years old (due to insurance requirements). You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring our customers receive the very best service.
