Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deli Manager based in Thurles. The Deli Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the deli department including overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining customer service standards. Additional tasks include managing inventory control, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and driving sales to meet targets.

3. Food Preparation and Food Service experience
4. Sales expertise
5. Strong leadership and team management skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
8. Experience in the retail or food service industry is a plus
9. Relevant qualifications in food management or a related field
