Sales Account Manager Support Executive
Location: Preston, Lancashire.
Salary: £28-30K per annum
Client Profile:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier within the automotive sector. They are looking to add an Account Manager to work in their offices based in Preston.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
1. Customers/agent communications
2. Setting up new customers price lists + New customer welcome pack
3. Providing customer quotation regularly + Updating and Maintaining Customer Price Lists
4. Back orders follow ups and updates
Product Management:
1. Competitor Market Price info research/Data gathering
2. Cross referencing
3. Promoting new product range
Reports & Analysis Reports to Sales Team:
1. Sales reports
2. Sales figures analysis
3. Cost/Price reduction requests
4. Gross Margin report analysis
5. Analysing product movement
6. Product forecast
7. Annual budget preparation
8. Answering any Directors' queries
Admin/Customer Service:
1. Raising orders for both UK and European customers in a timely manner
2. Dealing with customer enquiries by email and phone
3. Dealing with any queries from sales managers.
4. Main point of contact for customer service issues
5. Arranging transportation for UK and European customer orders.
6. Issuing documentation for transportation.
7. Document Filing/Archiving
8. General office duties such as answering the phone and other duties assigned by the management
Personal Specification:
The successful candidate for the role of Sales Administrator must have the following skills:
1. Account Management experience
2. Great Attention to detail
3. Good with Excel
4. Any experience within exports is desirable but not essential
5. Any European Language skills a bonus but not required (e.g. German or French or Polish or Italian or Spanish etc)
