About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator with a background in compliance management, ideally within the construction industry. This role is crucial to ensuring that our company remains fully compliant with industry standards, accreditations, and internal policies. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of construction-related certifications and accreditations, as well as experience in managing compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accreditations & Certifications:
1. Oversee and maintain the renewal and compliance of industry accreditations, including:
2. SMAS
3. CHAS
4. SafeContractor
5. ISO9001 (including audits)
6. NFRC
7. Constructionline
8. Ensure all certifications are current and prepare required documentation for annual renewals.
Policy & Documentation Management:
1. Conduct annual reviews and updates to company policies and terms & conditions.
2. Maintain an up-to-date Employee Handbook.
3. Oversee insurance renewals for the company, ensuring all necessary coverage is in place.
Compliance & Audits:
1. Ensure the company meets all compliance requirements, particularly related to ISO standards.
2. Conduct monthly compliance audits and coordinate meetings with managers to address compliance matters.
3. Schedule and manage internal audits to ensure continuous adherence to industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a compliance role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of industry accreditations such as SMAS, CHAS, SafeContractor, ISO9001, NFRC, and Constructionline.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
