Our client seeks a QHSE Engineer to maintain the company's QHSE Management System and ensure product quality meets customer expectations. This full-time position reports to the QHSE Manager and involves working 37.5 hours over four days, Monday-Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Verify product specifications
2. Conduct data analysis and reporting
3. Assist in improvement activities
4. Perform internal audits
5. Investigate non-conforming materials
6. Conduct root cause analysis
7. Monitor supplier performance
8. Participate in supplier QBRs
9. Process customer concerns
10. Liaise with stakeholders
11. Support product queries
12. Perform PFMEA
13. Support training activities
14. Produce system management documentation
15. Report QHSE metrics
16. Support NPI and product development
17. Manage calibration control
18. Generate action plans
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
1. HNC or equivalent in an Engineering/Quality related discipline
2. Hands-on attitude
3. Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems
4. Audit skills
5. Quality statistics analysis
6. NEBOSH qualification
7. Strong communication skills
8. Understanding of quality improvement programs and electronics
9. Computer literacy
10. MRP knowledge
11. Ability to work independently
