Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Pitch and present products/services persuasively to drive sales and business growth.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to foster partnerships and stay ahead of market trends.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Create accurate sales forecasts and actively work towards achieving revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Experience in the power generation or industrial plant maintenance industry is highly desirable.
