Role Overview:
The Transport Admin Controller provides essential administrative support to the transport department, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage transport schedules, coordinating with drivers and logistics teams.
* Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including delivery logs and compliance documentation.
* Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure transport activities comply with legal and safety regulations.
* Handle transport-related customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders, invoices, and PODs.
Hours of Work; 06:00-14:30
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in transport operations or logistics administration.
* Proficiency in transport systems and MS Office.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
