Position Summary:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service on Stryker’s products, ensuring compliance with quality systems and manufacturer specifications. The role involves delivering technical assistance at customer sites and providing documentation to internal and external customers.

What You Will Do:
* Repair and check electronic/mechanical Stryker products.
* Complete annual checks and calibrations on customer sites.
* Utilize software and tools to maintain records and access technical information.
* Assist with product recalls and safety notices.
* Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance.
* Deliver technical training internally and externally.
* Install Stryker systems at customer sites.
* Perform software and hardware upgrades.
* Document service activities thoroughly.
* Ensure traceability of products through reporting tools.
* Provide technical support to customers.
* Escalate opportunities and issues in team meetings.
* Follow up on customer issues.
* Invoice for services not under warranty.
* Schedule customer visits in cooperation with Customer Service.
What You Need:
* Degree in engineering, medical electronics, camera technology, or relevant experience in electrical, electronic, telecommunications, mechanical, or software fields.
* Experience or knowledge in medical physics or technology subjects.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook).
* Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics and mechanical skills.
* Experience in hospital or healthcare environments.
* Ability to build relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
