About the role We’re looking for an individual to join our People Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our People Services function. You will provide first-line support for a range of queries related to Payroll, Reward, Resources, and HR, both internally and externally. As our People Services Administrator, you will manage the process of all pre-employment checks, including right to work, DBS and references. You will work closely with candidates and departments to ensure all checks are completed in a compliant and timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all checks and renewals, ensuring they are easily accessible for audit purposes. You will create and maintain electronic personal files and coordinate the process of new starters, leavers and data changes to all internal People & Talent systems. Your impact Previous experience in a People Services or administrative environment is essential. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are required, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively.
