Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Clerical Assistant based at Central Clinic - Kilmarnock.
What You Will Do
As a Business Support Clerical Assistant based within the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, you will provide a comprehensive, community-orientated administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams based within East Ayrshire.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* SVQ Level 2 administration or equivalent experience is essential.
* Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.
* This post involves managing calls/enquiries, emails, managing and monitoring electronic patient management systems and any ADHOC admin duties required to support the service.
* You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and working in an administrative role.
Hours
19.73 hours per week, Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm.
