About the Role Within the position of Reception Team Leader, you will be curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Ensure all ISS Global procedures, policies, and standards are consistently met, delivering a seven-star workplace experience at all times. Manage the Service Team to effectively handle all client and end-user requests, exceeding expectations. Coordinate daily operations across business areas, fostering a "One Team" culture across all integrated service lines. Maintain and update onsite SOPs and New Starter Guides, ensuring all information is relevant and up-to-date while supporting the Office Manager to ensure compliance with safety standards and green status on operational performance reports. About You As the Reception Team Leader, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients. Proven leadership experience, managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong customer service background, with the ability to handle client interactions and resolve issues effectively. Excellent organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex tasks efficiently. Understanding of health and safety management and experience working with Microsoft Office Working Hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Shift Times: Shifts are scheduled between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with 8-hour workdays.
