About the School
This AP school supports students at KS3 and KS4. Their facilities include a kitchen, classrooms, a recreation and reflection area for students, a music room, and a one-to-one room where students can discuss any issues they are facing with teaching staff. This school offers students the opportunity to learn in smaller groups and in a more supportive and holistic atmosphere.
In the academic year 2023/2024, year 11 students at this AP school studied and were entered for GCSE Maths, English, and Science. 87% of the students entered gained a GCSE in Maths and English. The curriculum also offers a variety of unaccredited programmes that students engage with throughout the year, including enrichment projects.
About You
* Experience working in a primary/secondary/SEN school in the UK OR hold relevant qualifications within education.
* SEN experience isn't essential but strongly desirable.
* Good behaviour management skills.
* Ability to support and encourage students with SEMH.
