Job Description
To manage all aspects of recruitment for the East side of our Home Instead Midlands Enterprise group, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise standards. You will oversee the entire candidate journey, creating a positive and engaging experience, while achieving targeted recruitment figures. Your work will help build strong teams that provide exceptional care to our clients.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience of delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment service.
2. Experience of recruitment marketing with knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.
3. Experience of recruitment event organisation.
4. Good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
5. Experience in marketing and advertising.
Additional Information
1. Ideally have a Full UK license with access to a vehicle.
2. Team player who is self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
3. Understanding of utilising recruitment data to make informed decisions.
4. Understanding of candidate screening and selection processes.
5. Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain strong positive community relationships to promote the opportunities available at Home Instead.
