Customer Service Coordinator Empowered Personnel is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients After Sales Spare Parts department.

As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, stock levels, and supporting the overall efficiency of the department.

Position: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Birmingham (Saltley B8) Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00 -17.15 & Friday, 8.00 13.00 Salary: £23.795 Contract type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Customer Enquiries: Handle global customer inquiries (typically external) via email or telephone.
Logging Enquiries: Accurately log all customer details and enquiries in the electronic database.
Identify Requirements: Assess customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Price & Availability: Obtain up-to-date pricing and stock availability internally or externally.
Quotation Generation: Create quotations for customers using electronic spreadsheets/templates in various currencies.
Order Management: Log received orders into the electronic accounting system.
Purchasing: Complete requisitions for the purchase of goods using electronic templates.
Inventory Management: Oversee the picking, receipt, and packing of goods for shipping.
Stock Audits & Checks: Regularly perform stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory management.
