Our extremely reputable, global client is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service, and a passion for service to join a forward-thinking, friendly team. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre, or office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the high-volume pace of this role. Key Duties:
* Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints.
* Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
* Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
* Finding a suitable resolution to the customers' enquiry within the set parameters.
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment; however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
* Willingness to learn and further develop.
* Computer literacy skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process).
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated.
* Flexible.
* Keen team player.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
