Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers through various methods including cold calling to potential new logo customers, email campaigns, and prospecting to our existing base, to ultimately feed them into the sales pipeline. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating contact, and building relationships to generate appointments and leads for our sales team.\n \nYou will also be responsible for the cross sell and upsell of our products and services into our existing base of small business customers and proactively account manage these customers to minimise churn and re-sign\n \nKey responsibilities\n\nLead Identification & Generation: Research, track, and maintain a database of potential customers.\nLead Qualification: Contact prospects to assess their suitability and potential for conversion.\nCommunication & Outreach: Make outgoing calls, send targeted email campaigns, and engage with prospects on social media.\nDatabase Management: Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate information.\nCustomer Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.\nLead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects at various stages of the sales process.\nCross-sell and Up-sell: Proactively manage a base of small business customers, to identify opportunities to cross sell, upsell and reduce churn by resigning their services with us.\n \nDevelopment\n\nTo proactively gain feedback from others to aid personal development and performance\nIdentify and undertake any training as part of their continuous professional development.\nMaintain awareness and keep abreast of the constantly changing market.\n \nCommunication\n\nEmploy effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills to enable the delivery of all targets and areas of responsibility\nUphold the values of the company in all communication internally and externally.\nKeep up to date with company news by attendance at team meetings and company wide briefs.\n \nCompliance\n\nComply with the requirements of the companies ISO 9001 Quality Management System which is contained on the company’s shared drive.\nAlways comply with the requirements of health and safety regulations to ensure their own wellbeing and that of their colleagues.\nAlways ensure confidentiality, only releasing confidential information in line with the GDPR regulations.\n \nSkills & Experience\n\nCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.\nSales Skills: Understanding of sales processes and techniques is helpful for qualifying and nurturing leads.\nResearch Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential customers.\nDatabase Management Skills: Proficiency in using CRM and other lead generation tools.\nAdaptability: Ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles.\nProblem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues\n \nREF-(phone number removed)
