Part Time Accounts Assistant / Hove / Finance / Accountancy / Part Time Client Details A well respected employer are looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant to work in their Hove office 3 days per week. Description As Part Time Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for: Managing the general accounts and supporting Finance Manager Setting up new accounts for suppliers Checking & processing purchase invoices. Making sure purchasing invoices and payment requests are correctly calculated, approved, and coded Checking monthly statements Assisting with end of month reporting, ensuring invoices and credits are regularly checked and cleared down, queries logged are investigated Preparation of urgent payment requests Covering other aspects finance department Profile AAT or QBE Knowledge of basic accounting principles Strong organisational and multitasking Accuracy and high attention to details Ability to work well within a team, as independently 3 days per week in the office, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday Job Offer £25-27,000 FTE DOE 3 days per week
