The difference you will make as a Senior Compliance & Contracts Manager You will lead a team of competent persons to ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, consumer regulations and our riverside and customer standards including the development and implementation of an effective risk management approach
to compliance within the Group. Support the Head of shared spaces & compliance in developing and implementing our building safety framework and deliver against our strategic objectives to support Our Riverside plan. Leading a number of teams to implement a
high-quality service. About you We are looking for someone who
Professional qualification in building safety/ Compliance or Asset Management (Lv4 diploma Asset Compliance) or Degree in Building/construction/asset management.
Sound knowledge of key business risk, sector risk, building safety risk to customers and ability to horizon scan and assess impact on business and customers.
Proven record of accomplishment of successful contract implementation and management for a large and diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties.
Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management / Building Safety function.
