Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our efforts by identifying, engaging, and managing potential candidates for various positions within the Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at utilising various tools and platforms to enhance our recruitment processes.
Duties
1. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates across multiple channels such as CV Library, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
2. Engage with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Maintain and update the CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information.
4. Use social media management skills to promote job openings and attract talent.
5. Work with Consultants to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
7. Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in lead generation and recruitment processes is desirable; however, we are willing to accept applications from people with no experience. What is most important is a willingness to get stuck in!
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective candidate engagement.
3. Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
4. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
5. Knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial.
6. A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
