About the Role
Lowry Recruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional Chef and Operations Coordinator to join their team in Bedworth, CV12. This is a permanent position with 45 hours per week, offering an attractive salary of £33,500 - £36,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. They will work closely with the management team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance evaluation
* Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring culinary excellence and nutritional balance
* Maintain inventory control, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field (desirable)
