Experienced Commercial Account Handler
Overview:Our client, a highly respected insurance company,is actively seeking a tenacious, corporate, and results-driven Account Handler to join their commercial division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand local business by ensuring customers receive first-class service and identifying new business opportunities
* Handle a wide range of commercial and personal policies, including changes, renewal reviews, new business quotations, and providing necessary service and advice.
* Build and retain long-term relationships with customers.
* Meet and exceed expectations through a detail-oriented, exceptionally organised, and deadline-driven approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven track record in commercial insurance, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry nuances.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
* Meticulous approach to managing and processing policy adjustments, renewals, and new business inquiries.
* Competency in navigating and utilising industry-specific software, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems.
* Commitment to professional development, evidenced by progress towards or completion of CII qualifications (or equivalent).
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 yearsin a comparable role within commercial insurance.
* Natural ability to build genuine rapport with existing and new clients.
* Meticulous work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
