IT Technician Administrator – Peterborough - £24,000 to £26,000 Based out of our Peterborough office, you will be part of an award-winning IT team responsible for supporting our high quality, business-changing IT solutions into hundreds of our customers around the UK. Responsibilities The IT Technical Administrator is a pivotal role within the IT department, responsible for ensuring efficient management of technical support and business software operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact responsible for triaging and responding to IT Support Requests, manage the organization’s business systems, and act as a central contact for ticket prioritisation and system administration. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. By ensuring that IT support processes run smoothly, and business software is effectively managed, the IT Technical Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s internal systems as well as optimising ticket intake.
