Spire Montefiore Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and committed Breast CNS to join our friendly breast unit.
Spire Montefiore Hospital is a premium provider of private healthcare in Hove- East Sussex. We practice some of the most advanced treatments with the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. Main duties of the job
Duties and responsibilities:
1. To provide exemplary planned care for Breast Cancer Patients
2. Deliver effective and appropriate patient care through clinical expertise and leadership
3. To act as a resource and facilitator for all breast cancer care within the hospitals
4. Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies both within and out of the hospital setting to ensure patient needs are met,

Job responsibilities
Who we're looking for:
5. Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registrationwith no restrictions or conditions.
6. Hold an accredited SACT administration course
7. Hold a Breast Care Certificate
8. Previous experience in cancer care and services.
9. Excellent communication, organisational & IT skills, with the ability to organise work around competing demands on time
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
11. Compassionate, empathetic and able to showcase excellent patient care
Working Hours: Full Time per week - Monday - Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
