Contracts Manager Salary : £45,000 basic plus bonus (Excellent earning potential) Location : Hybrid (Base in Nottingham) with National Coverage We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to help expand this main contractors national client base. In this role, you will take full ownership of building a pipeline, securing contracts, and delivering tailored refit, refurbishment, and repurposing solutions for retail, care homes, and progressive schools. With the freedom to manage your own projects, you will have the support of the directors to help you succeed. In Return, You Will Receive: A basic salary of £45,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
