Our client is based on the outskirts of Colchester and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team which would quickly progress into a Client Manager position.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment. As you join their team you will be first point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing professional and reliable accounting services.
Role:
* Responding to client queries promptly and professionally
* Delegating tasks to your team efficiently
* Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax work
* Identifying and communicating changes in legislation, practice, or software
* Monitoring teams work, providing support for goal achievement
* Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance profit margins
* Driving turnover through renewals, extra work orders, and client conversion
* Contributing to team growth and efficiencies
Requirements:
* Qualified ACCA/ACA/AAT Level 4
* 4+ years practice experience
* Ability to handle client queries
* Team player and support junior members
* Building relationships with clients
