Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Scheduler /Coordinator for our client in Nottingham. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing incoming calls and carrying out the following duties:
1. Schedule PPM’s to Engineers.
2. Schedule work orders with engineers.
3. Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with necessary parties.
4. Review forecasting, staffing needs, and KPI trends.
5. Develop optimal schedules to meet forecasted call volume and established KPI goals.
6. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of schedules and adjust as necessary.
7. Determine time-off allotments for self-service time-off requests.
8. Support customer services where necessary with customer delivery schedules.
9. Evaluate production and supplier performance, recommend improvements to any areas directly impacting the planning process/performance.
10. Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production schedules as needed.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in working with scheduling tools, task automation, and job orchestration.
2. Proficiency in Apache Airflow and manipulation within ETL tasks.
3. Experience with Windows Scheduler: Familiarity with converting Windows-scheduled jobs to Airflow and handling dependencies.
4. Security Awareness.
Strong analytical and communication skills with in-depth experience utilizing project management tools. Manage the cost, schedule, and performance of daily activities for projects. Track the project budgets as required; open to work on Smartsheets as project tracking and scheduler.
Handle tasks such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating induction schedules with managers. Conduct right-to-work and reference checks for all new hires.
