YOU WILL BE:
1. Responsible for the recruitment and development of the team - both paid staff and volunteers.
2. Creating an excellent working culture for the team to be motivated, committed & high performing.
3. Ensuring that the shop achieves Company targets and budgets.
4. Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising & stock management.
5. Having a good commercial understanding of the local market and competition.
6. Completing daily/weekly financial & administrative duties.
7. Maintaining the highest levels of health & safety.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
1. Team leader with the ability to use own initiative.
2. Good communicator, compassionate & empathetic.
3. Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a good sense of humour.
4. Ability to carry manual handling duties on a daily basis.
