Be part of the team delivering innovative and essential IT training to our Force. Using your experience, you will identify, develop, deliver and assess IT Training to police officers and staff across Derbyshire. You’ll work as a member of the IT Training Team and with sponsors and clients in assessing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of new information systems, and other national and local initiatives. What you’ll be doing Facilitating learning via a range of methods and formats, this could include classroom/digital/virtual solutions. Acting in a consulting role as ‘user expert’ for operational IT systems. Coaching, assessing, debriefing, and providing students with performance feedback. The must haves Hold an NVQ Level 4 in Learning & Development (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards an equivalent qualification. Proven experience of delivering IT Training e.g. formal classroom training or online training. Skills in designing/maintaining IT Learning materials.
