Located in the heart of Worcestershire, Stourport Manor Hotel is a 4-star hotel set in 23 acres of beautiful grounds. The hotel has 72 bedrooms, including family rooms, and offers a range of amenities and services to its guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the food and beverage operations of the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and catering services.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team.
* Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Ensure high standards of quality, service, and hygiene in all food and beverage outlets.
* Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-star hotel or resort.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
