Senior Healthcare Assistant
Hourly Rate: £12.50
Day Shifts
42 hours per week
Shift times: 8:00 - 8:00

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our client's residents during day shifts, overseeing the well-being of the team, and contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans. * Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above
* Proven experience in a Senior Healthcare Assistant role

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you'll have a vital role in our client's team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Administer medication according to individual care plans
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
* Lead and support junior care staff in day-to-day tasks
* Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions
