My client, an industry leader, is looking for an Audit and Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic role for a candidate who has experience auditing financial processes and ensuring compliance. You will be involved in completing site visits for audits, as well as reviewing company accounts. This is a great opportunity for a candidate experienced in Compliance and Audit, with potential for growth within the company, including the opportunity to build a team in the future and branch out to other areas of the business. The company is ambitious and will provide study support for any extra qualifications needed to assist you in your role. This role is hybrid with a 3-day in-office and 2-day work-from-home policy. You will also manage another member of staff.
Salary: up to £40,000 DoE
Duties:
1. Planning and completing audit visits (around the country as necessary, including office days)
2. Attending monthly meetings
3. Reviewing audits to ensure compliance
4. Providing monthly updates on audit figures
5. Providing training where needed
6. Ensuring all funds are stored using the correct regulated procedures
7. Assisting in procedure development and compliance
