About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to support students in Key Stage 1. This part-time, temporary position focuses on boosters and interventions, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially. Your role will include working closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to KS1 students needing additional help with literacy, numeracy, and other key skills.
2. Assist in planning and delivering engaging and interactive booster sessions.
3. Support students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met with care and understanding.
4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encourage positive behaviour and build strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and engagement.

Salary and Benefits:
