What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor multi-site kitchen teams across the UK and beyond, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes that are served at high volumes—without compromising on creativity or excellence.
Drive the culinary vision across diverse locations, delivering unique, world-class experiences that are as memorable as they are innovative.
Oversee kitchen operations across multiple high-volume venues, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost management, while maintaining Michelin-level standards.
Maintain the highest levels of quality control across all sites, from ingredient sourcing to plate presentation, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.
Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute long-term culinary strategies that elevate the brand’s reputation on a global scale.
✈️ Travel extensively to manage the opening of new international venues, ensuring operational excellence from the first dish served.
What We’re Looking For:
️ A seasoned Group Executive Chef with a proven track record in high-volume, high-quality kitchens—experience in luxury, fine dining (Michelin), or large-scale operations essential.
️ Expertise in multi-site kitchen management, Seafood and cooking from fire with a focus on creating high-end dining experiences that are executed flawlessly at scale.
️ A natural-born leader with the ability to inspire, train, and drive teams to deliver excellence every time, in any environment.
️ A sharp business mind, with the ability to balance culinary creativity with financial targets, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and consistency.
