The Impact You'll Make: As our CRM Marketing Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the success of both England Netball and the Netball Super League. You will lead the development and implementation of data-driven CRM strategies to acquire and engage new audiences, increase customer loyalty, and maximise revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to grow our customer database and enhance audience engagement. Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns using Maileon, ensuring targeted and personalised communications. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate CRM into all marketing activities and ensure best practices are followed. Lead on the strategy and management of email data with a view to be targeted and tailored in our email communications. Work with Two Circles/KORE to effectively organise and manage all data and the CRM system to improve marketing activity and create exciting and engaging acquisition campaigns for the CRM including first party data capture. Enhance our targeting and segmentation strategies with a focus on improving our engagement rates, plus our approach to being data & insight-led as we look to grow a data asset with the support of the Tech and Insight teams. Support the growth of NSL clubs by providing guidance on CRM best practices and data utilisation. Manage monthly email calendar and oversee email builds and design briefing. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to highlight opportunities for revenue generation in our owned data; particularly targeting audience growth in ticket sales, broadcast audience and England Netball’s membership. Look at England Netball marketing activity through the lens of underrepresented communities ensuring Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is considered across email campaigns. Your Skills and Experience: Passionate about all things CRM, data insight, and email marketing. Proven experience in CRM strategy and end-to-end email campaign development ideally in a retail or sports/entertainment environment. Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation. Expertise in email marketing platforms, ideally Maileon. Proficiency in producing email campaign data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
