Join our Operations Change Team on a 6-month secondment. You will report to the Operations Transformation Lead and be part of a team responsible for delivering strategic and operational change initiatives. A bit about the job: This role is crucial in delivering positive transformation and driving continuous improvement within UKGI's PL Customer Operations. You will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring efficient and effective execution of initiatives that enhance product, process, and customer-centric operations. You will be involved in a variety of activities, including: Streamline customer journeys: Identify and analyse pain points to recommend data-driven improvements, creating smoother and more satisfying experiences. Enhanced internal operations: Drive process optimizations and implement mandatory changes, increasing efficiency and productivity across Retail Customer Operations. Operational business readiness: Build and deliver business readiness plans to support the smooth deployment of operational models and new partnerships. Informed decision-making: Provide crucial insights and recommendations based on factual data analysis, empowering informed strategic choices for ongoing transformation. Develop, maintain, and promote a backlog of process improvements: Support Operations with the roll-in and communication of changes in an effective and customer-focused way. Skills and experience we're looking for: Utilization of existing & new relationships at all levels to provide appropriate support for deliveries. Skilled communicator with political agility, flexible in style/responsive to situations and audience. Ability to identify and confidently escalate risks and issues. Analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and to use data to inform stakeholders. Effective planning, management, and prioritization of project work.
