Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1st and 2nd line support in line with SLA’s.
2. Assist in the use of business applications, technology and provide assistance with solutions.
3. Ensure that IT remains operational, fit for purpose and an asset to the business.
4. Work with the business infrastructure and applications, ensuring security of information, and handling sensitive data.
5. Investigate and provide solutions for technical problems.
6. Maintain and configure company technology.
7. Implement projects and be involved in continuous improvement.
8. Conduct system changes and upgrades.
9. Participate in organizational security implementations.
What you’ll need:
Able to troubleshoot common hardware, operating system, and application software as well as access and permission issues on a wide range of technologies including:
1. Microsoft and Apple desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
2. Device peripherals and screen sharing technologies e.g. Apple TV and Airplay.
3. Video, projectors, displays, sound bars, sound and lighting desks, PA, speakers and microphones, cameras and recording devices, encoders/decoders, and AV software.
4. Multi-function devices and printers & IP-based phone systems.
5. Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
