We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, maintaining databases, and assisting with administrative tasks. Duties:
* Answering the telephone / dealing with enquiries
* Advertising new vacancies
* Conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments
* Interviewing candidates
* Working closely with the manager to arrange staff shifts
* Right to work checks / compliance
Skills:
* Computer skills to a good level (Microsoft package)
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal work colleagues
* Good telephone manner
* Must have Full UK Driving Licence as some onsite work will be required
Hours of work:
* 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
* 9am - 3pm Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
