Fire and Electrical Planner Hindle House, Banbury with a balance of home and office working £27,922 - £29,391 per year 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm We have an opportunity for a Fire and Electrical Planner to join our Fire and Security Operations Support team based at Hindle House, Banbury. You will be joining a team of 12 other team members including fellow Planners and some Administration roles. The role of Fire and Electrical Planner will include: Planning of FRAs, and fire and electrical maintenance activities as part of a team Delivering high quality and consistent services in relation to the resolution of queries and complaints Managing relationships with internal and external customers Maintaining effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information Skills and experiences: Proven experience of planning and/or scheduling in previous role Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team Experience of using multiple systems and processes to effectively schedule a field workforce Ability to multi task and balance conflicting priorities Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams About us Sanctuary Property Services provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary.
